Overnight Infant Care
As a certified night nurse, my goal is to provide you with peace of mind while you rest, knowing your baby is in caring, experienced hands. I offer complete overnight care, including feeding support, whether it’s bottle-feeding or assisting with breastfeeding to ensure a comfortable experience for both you and your baby. I take care of diaper changes, burping, and basic hygiene throughout the night to keep your little one clean and content. Additionally, I use gentle, proven techniques to help establish healthy sleep patterns, so your baby—and you—can enjoy longer, more restful nights.
Parental Support and Education
I’m not just here to care for your baby; I’m also here to support and guide you through these early weeks. I can help you understand your newborn’s sleep patterns, create effective bedtime routines, and set up a calming sleep environment that fosters healthy habits. If you’re breastfeeding, I provide hands-on guidance with latch techniques, positioning, and milk supply management. I’m also happy to share baby-soothing techniques, such as swaddling and calming exercises, to help you feel more confident and prepared as a new parent.
Monitoring Infant Health and Light Housekeeping
Your baby’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. I closely monitor their breathing, temperature, and overall wellness throughout the night, and can administer any necessary medications or supplements as directed by you or your pediatrician. I also help with light housekeeping tasks related to baby care, like sterilizing bottles, managing baby laundry, and keeping the nursery organized and tidy. When you wake up, you’ll find a clean, peaceful home ready for you to enjoy more precious moments with your newborn.
